inspiration

Today I have been inspired. Today I have been reminded of the beauty that life holds. And it's all due to someone's blog, someone who I don't know, someone who I'll never meet. I've never even read anyone's blog before. This person writes so well that she fully convinced me that everything that she said was the most beautiful thing I've ever read. Her whole message, which was just her writing about her life, was about seeing the beauty and joy in every second of her life....of saying 'yes' to everything. Saying yes to enjoying each and every moment, taking the pleasure out of those moments that is deserved, to the joy that others bring to her, to looking for beauty in every little nook and cranny of life. It was beautiful. It makes me want to look just as hard, or to not look so hard, to see the beauty around me. I tend to be negative much too often, seeing the glass half empty, even though I feel like I sometimes glimpse the beauty around me. It's kind of like I see it out of the corner of my eye, and then run after it, but never quite being able to hold in my hands. I want to begin to say 'yes' to everything, instead of maybe, or wondering where the yes is my whole life. I am inspired.
